Connection, Community, and Care for Older Adults
Senior centers are community centered spaces that are designed for older adults to spend time together, access resources, learn new skills, do fitness classes, enjoy other recreational activities and build community. They can also be a great place to get access to transportation services, find out about government offered benefits, legal advice, and many other services.
Senior centers & Adult Day Programs
*Adult day programs specialize in non medical care for older persons and adults who require supervision from trained professional aides. These can be a great way to get support for the family of those needing the care, and the individual can enjoy out of the house activities and fellowship with others.
